Marketing Operations Associate
Avenue100 Media Solutions Inc. is currently looking to hire an entry level Affiliate Operations Associate to join its highly successful and growing Traffic team. This team’s main focus is to generate interest in college and university undergraduate, graduate, and certificate (continuing education and professional) programs to individuals seeking to further their education that will lead them to building a successful career.
The affiliate operations associate position is an entry‐level position that is ideal for someone looking to build a career in online marketing. The position will be “knee deep” in all of the online marketing strategies and initiatives being run at Avenue100. Avenue100 is seeking energetic and self‐motivated people to join our high-performing team.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Implement strategic ideas to grow revenue from existing traffic partners
- Maintain positive relationships with all traffic partners
- Monitor affiliate space; stay current on competitor traffic patterns
- Analyze, create and execute plans to improve operational processes
- Ongoing optimization of our traffic mix
- Mapping of creative/landing page combinations
- Creative Testing
- Pixel Implementation/Testing
- General support of the Traffic Team
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST MEET THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong ability to multi‐task and prioritize
- General understanding of basic business practices and principles
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Energetic, driven to succeed, strong TEAM player
