    The experience a user has on any of our web properties is what gets their attention or turns them away.  Presenting an engaging first contact and keeping the user interested is what drives our revenue.

    Our Websites range from organic, highly content driven tools for the end user, to very specific SEM conversion funnels. We work with many partners to drive traffic to our properties, and have the tools to make highly dynamic decisions as to what to show the user at any given step along the way.

    We have a fast growing number of websites and an even faster growing demand to optimize the user experiences on all of them.

    If you have mastered designing engaging user experiences and want o mix this skill with our analytical tools and skill sets to learn more about and optimize the user interactions, we want to talk to you.

    You:
    ·     Are highly motivated and driven by curiosity

    ·     Are highly proficient in one of the major Web Design Tools

    ·     Are living and breathing HTML and CSS (flash is a plus)

    ·     Are obsessed about the details, but still can deliver fast solutions

    ·     Are independent and goal oriented

    ·     Can work with our internal and external clients to deliver high quality solutions in record time

    ·     Must love to work in a fast paced, fast changing environment

    ·     Must love to work with smart people
